Pregnancy Yoga

Service Description

The perfect fusion of pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing techniques to transform your mindset. Each week we will move through a pregnancy friendly yoga sequence which has been designed to ease the pressures of pregnancy on the body and build a strong physical foundation for labour and birth. In each class we will focus on the breath by practicing techniques for each stage of labour. In addition to the physical, classes also have a great emphasis on the mind and you will receive all the mental benefits of a regular yoga practice. We will also work on practical hypnobirthing techniques which you can draw on throughout your pregnancy, during labour and birth. Some classes will also include vital information on the pelvic floor, using essential oils during pregnancy and using a birthing ball for pregnancy and labour.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking online. There are no refunds once a space has been paid for. Miranda Jane Yoga reserves the right to cancel or amend the class schedule and will offer a refund or alternative session if this is the case. By booking this class/programme, I confirm that; I understand that my participation is at my own risk and is fully voluntary. I assume full responsibility for any risk, injury or damages that I may sustain. I therefore agree that Miranda Jane Yoga will not be held liable for any injuries, loss or damages that arise from participation. I will inform the teacher prior to participating in class if I have a heart condition, high/low blood pressure, an injury, had recent surgery, am pregnant, am taking any prescribed medications or have any other condition that could affect my yoga practice. I understand that Miranda Jane Yoga may, from time to time, take photographs during classes for use in promotional materials and on social media. I will inform my teacher prior to class if I do not consent to being photographed.
